We manufacture and assemble prefabricated steel homes in the province of Barcelona. We ship you a custom-made kit, and our team assembles the structure, the facade, and the roof; your contractor handles the foundation and the interior.

The same system applies to a primary residence in Vallès, a house in Maresme, or a village house in Bages or Penedès.
The structure is bolted together without welding, and the panels arrive pre-cut: construction on the site takes much less time than with traditional construction methods.
One or two stories, a flat or sloped roof, and the facade of your choice. No set designs: the house is designed specifically for your lot.
The system is suitable for narrow lots and shared property lines, which are common in many municipalities in the metropolitan area.
Galvanized steel tubes and lacquered panels, designed to withstand the elements even in coastal areas such as the Maresme or the Garraf.
The sandwich panel provides insulation with a thermal resistance of 0.155 W/m²K on the walls and 0.128 W/m²K on the roof.

How do you want it?
We'll send you the kit, and our team will assemble the structure, the facade, and the roof. Your contractor will handle the foundation and the interior, in coordination with us.
The parts are cut to size and labeled, along with the assembly instructions, so your contractor can put them together or you can do it yourself.

We currently offer turnkey projects in the provinces of Lleida and Tarragona. In Barcelona, we offer a kit with installation: our team assembles the structure, the facade, and the roof, and your contractor handles the foundation and interior work.
About 3–4 months from the start of construction. Before that, you have to factor in the design phase and the permit from the city.
