Every StarModul home is custom-designed and priced. Here, we explain what each package includes, what factors affect the price, and what you should look for when comparing quotes for prefabricated homes.

The system and the quality are the same. What changes is how much of the work we do ourselves, and that's what affects the budget the most.
The building materials, ready for you or your contractor to assemble.
The kit, installed on your lot by our team.
The finished house, with a fixed price agreed upon before construction begins.
What Causes Price Fluctuations?
The square meters, the floor plan, and the number of stories affect the amount of structural work and the design of the facade.
Flat, single-sloped, or double-sloped (or multi-sloped): each design features a different substructure and different flashing finishes.
The wind, snow, and the terrain of your lot determine the cross-sections and reinforcements specified in the structural analysis.
The panel can be left exposed or clad with SATE, a ventilated facade, ceramic tiles, stone, or wood. Non-standard colors may be subject to minimum order quantities.
Floor slabs, stairs, window frames, or structural calculations can be added to the kit.
The unassembled kit is shipped worldwide; the assembled version is delivered within about 2 hours and 30 minutes of Lleida; and the turnkey solution is provided in Lleida and Tarragona.
To Compare Effectively
When comparing quotes for prefab homes, always check what's included in each price. In the StarModul kit, the following are sold separately:
The kit consists of the house’s structure and exterior envelope—what we build in the workshop. A turnkey project includes the foundation, doors and windows, water, electrical, and HVAC systems, interior walls, bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, and painting. In other words, the finished house.

It depends on the floor area, the plants, the roofing, the finishes, and the option you choose: kit, kit with assembly, or turnkey. Since every home is custom-built, we’ll provide you with a price in a no-obligation estimate based on your plans or your idea.
No. Your contractor builds the foundation according to the plans. It is included in the turnkey option.
The kit does not include doors or windows: you or your installer choose them. In the turnkey home, they are included in the estimate.
With a turnkey project, yes: the price is agreed upon before construction begins. With a kit, the estimate lists all the materials and options included.
When building in a workshop, there are fewer construction hours, fewer unforeseen issues, and a completion time of 3–4 months, and the price is known before work begins. The actual comparison depends on the finishes in each home.
