We build prefabricated steel homes throughout the province of Tarragona, from the Costa Daurada to the Priorat and the Terres de l’Ebre. The homes feature a bolted galvanized steel frame, insulated sandwich panels, and are completed in 3–4 months.

Zinc-coated steel tubes and lacquered panels, designed to withstand the elements even in coastal areas such as Cambrils, Salou, and the Delta.
The sandwich panel provides insulation with a thermal resistance of 0.155 W/m²K on the walls and 0.128 W/m²K on the roof: less air conditioning is needed during summers on the coast.
With our turnkey service, we agree on the price before starting the project, with a single point of contact from start to finish.
One or two stories, terraces, porches, and a pool: we design the house to fit your lot, with no set templates.

We handle everything: design, permits, foundations, structure, facade, systems, and finishes.
We'll send you the kit and assemble the frame, the exterior walls, and the roof. Your contractor will handle the foundation and the interior.
The parts are cut to size and labeled, along with the assembly instructions, so your contractor can put them together.

Yes, throughout the province of Tarragona and the province of Lleida. Outside these provinces, we offer the kit with installation up to about 2 hours and 30 minutes from Lleida, and the kit without installation anywhere.
Yes. The structure is made of zinc-coated steel tubing, and the exterior can be finished with SATE, a ventilated facade, or ceramic tiles. As with any home by the sea, it’s a good idea to check the flashing details from time to time.
About 3–4 months from the start of construction. Before that, you have to factor in the design phase and the permit from the city.
Yes, if the lot is zoned for residential use and municipal regulations allow it. The house requires the same permits as a newly constructed home: a building plan, a construction permit, and a certificate of occupancy.
