We design, manufacture, and build prefabricated steel homes throughout the province of Lleida from our headquarters in Torre-serona (Segrià). The homes feature a bolted galvanized steel frame, insulated sandwich panels, and are completed in 3–4 months.

Cold, foggy winters and very hot summers: the sandwich panel provides insulation with a thermal resistance of 0.155 W/m²K on the walls and 0.128 W/m²K on the roof.

How do you want it?
We handle everything: design, permits, foundations, structure, facade, systems, and finishes.
We'll send you the kit and assemble the frame, the exterior walls, and the roof. Your contractor will handle the foundation and the interior.
The parts are cut to size and labeled, along with the assembly instructions, so your contractor can put them together.

Yes. We provide turnkey services throughout the provinces of Lleida and Tarragona from our headquarters in Torre-serona. Outside these provinces, we offer the kit with installation up to about 2 hours and 30 minutes from Lleida, and the kit without installation to any location.
About 3–4 months from the start of construction. Before that, you have to factor in the design phase and the building permit from the city, which vary by municipality.

Yes. The sandwich-panel envelope has a thermal transmittance of 0.155 W/m²K for the walls and 0.128 W/m²K for the roof, so the house requires little heating in the winter and little cooling in the summer.
