Technical Support
Each kit comes with custom-cut profiles, patented connectors, and screws, as well as assembly instructions: layout plans, tube cut lists, connector locations, 3D views, and panel plans.
The system adapts to any terrain and any design, and allows for future expansion of the home. If you have any questions during the project or installation, our technical team is here to help.

If you're planning to design a prefabricated home using the StarModul system, here's what we can provide:

Your home's assembly plans: layout, pipe cut list with part numbers, joint locations, 3D views by level, and panel plans. The parts arrive labeled with the same part numbers.
The structural calculations must be signed by an engineer. We can include them in the quote along with the kit.
Yes, those are the system's reference specifications. The final configuration of each unit is tailored to the technical design and the calculations for the housing project.
On the construction details page, you'll find the foundation, floor slabs, facades, roofs, and joint details.
