- We will respond to your inquiry and prepare the quote you requested: we will take pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Manage the project if you accept the quote: execute the contract and fulfill tax and accounting obligations.
- To send you marketing information about similar products: legitimate interest or your consent. You can opt out at any time.
- Analyzing website usage to improve the site: your consent to analytics cookies.
- Protecting the website and forms from spam (reCAPTCHA): legitimate interest.
We do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
How long do we keep them?
Inquiries and quotes that were not accepted: up to 2 years. Customer data: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the periods required by law. Data used for marketing communications: until you opt out.
Who they communicate with
We do not sell data. Access to our data is limited to the service providers who provide us with services (web hosting, email, management tools, analytics, shipping, and consulting)—who are bound by a data processor agreement—and to government agencies when required by law. Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area in accordance with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, objection, restriction of processing, and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@starmodul.com or to our mailing address. If you believe we have not properly addressed your request, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
