We take care of everything, from the design to the handover of the keys: permits, foundation, steel structure, exterior walls, roof, utilities, and finishes. You choose what your home will look like; we build it for a fixed price and complete it in 3 to 4 months.

Full-service
You don't have to search separately for an architect, structural engineer, construction company, installers, or a finishing contractor: we coordinate everything and take full responsibility for the entire project.

Each turnkey home is custom-priced. The price depends on the square footage and number of stories, the roof style, the lot, and the finishes you choose. We’ll provide you with a fixed price, in writing, before construction begins.

From Project to Delivery
Each phase has a designated person in charge, a deadline, and deliverables that are agreed upon before the work begins.
Service Area
We are based in Torre-Serona (Lleida). This allows us to visit the job site frequently, coordinate with the various trades, and meet deadlines.
Is your lot rural? We'll explain what you can build on rural land using prefabricated homes.
Turnkey Projects
No. We provide turnkey services in the provinces of Lleida and Tarragona. For projects located about 2 hours and 30 minutes from Lleida, we can ship the kit and assemble the structure, the facade, and the roof; and we ship the kit without assembly worldwide.
It depends on the floor area, the plants, the roof, the lot, and the finishes you choose. We’ll give you a fixed price, in writing, before starting construction. We’ll explain what factors influence the price of a prefabricated home.

Yes. We design custom homes: you decide on the layout, the exterior, the flooring, the woodwork, and the interior finishes, and we make sure they're built exactly as you envisioned.
It takes between 3 and 4 months from the signing of the contract to the handover of the keys, depending on the size and finishes. The time required to obtain the occupancy permit varies by municipality.
Yes, the house is designed for a specific lot. If you're still looking for one, we can review the zoning regulations with you before you buy it.
